Right-wing website, Breitbart, has just declared war with Kellogg's after they pulled their advertising from Breitbart's website because it "did not align with their values". Breitbart took to Twitter with the hashtag #DumpKelloggs in an effort to boycott the cereal. Some people have followed suit and retweeted, saying that a breakfast cereal should not get political while others laughed and made puns, such as "alt-rice krispies".

Personally, I see no problem with Kellogg's pulling their advertising. People said that a cereal company shouldn't get political, but I think that when you advertise with a political website, people are going to assume you're on their side. If Breitbart's values don't align with Kellogg's I think it's fair for Kelloggs to pull their own money from them.

What do you guys think? Do you think that cereal should stay out of the political limelight or are they justified in doing what they did?
