Did anyone see the Supermoon Lunar eclipse this past Sunday night, the date being, September 27, 2015? Two things were actually happening that night at the same time. On that date, the moon looked 14 percent larger and 33 percent brighter, making it a Supermoon. Not only that, but the sun, moon, and earth were all lined up, making it a Lunar Eclipse. This event is very epic and rare because it doesn't happen so often. The last one that occurred before Sunday night was in 1982 and the next one will be in 2033.
These occurrences are always something to one should witness. It makes you realize how great our world is. I heard people made small festivals to get together to watch it happen. I like how it has turned into a celebration. I live on a mountain so I had a clear view of the beautiful bright moon. I also happen to have some family and friends over or dinner, so we all watched this beautiful event together.
