Music is a big part of media. I have noticed that many people download music that they here on the radio. It is the biggest influence on young people. One example is myself. I have not download the song but I have been listening to a particular song and I feel that there is a connection to music and weather -- or time of seasons. For example, The Weeknd's I Can't Feel My Face was called the "song of the summer". In other words, the song is one in which the volume should be turned up. Moreover, the song was titled to a specific season; hence, it seems that media gives the association of songs with the time of seasons. I feel that this is a bit psychosomatic because I do feel that the song by The Weeknd is a summer song. Consequently, I notice it is like the media is telling people what and what not to like; as well as telling people when and when not to like it.
