The other night I tried to fall asleep but I couldn't. I usually fall asleep around midnight, but it was 3 AM and my body had no signs of falling asleep anytime soon. So, I looked up videos on the third eye, something that always sounded interesting but I never really looked into. A bunch of videos popped on of binaural beats to activate your pineal gland (third eye). I put on my headphones and listened to an hour of these sounds that felt pretty relaxing. On the related videos, I saw a video that said "How to Decalcify Your Pineal Gland, The Science of The Pineal Gland and Third Eye Activation." I went ahead and watched it and found it very interesting. There is much more to just listening to these binaural beats to activate the third eye. It all starts from within, and one thing he kept emphasizing was healthy eating. He also made another video in which he talked about certain foods to decalcify your third eye. As I watched more and more of his videos, I felt inspired to live a healthier life and cut out meats and dairies from my diet. What I realized is that a lot of the time, many people just feel down and they don't know why. Well, they say you are what you eat. And if we are eating an animal that suffered its whole life, then in turn, we will suffer as well, as this is all simply energy that we feed off of. He made me realize that we are the only species that drinks another animal's milk, but we accept it as being okay because this is traditionally what we have been doing. I starting my new diet with these things in mind to live a happier life. This will help open up your third eye, and become your best imaginative self.
