Coachella is happening this weekend and the weekend after. I'm going for the first time this year and I'm very interested to see what it will be like. My entire understanding of this festival is based on what I've seen through the media. Every year, my Facebook page is flooded with pictures and talk about the three days: the shows, the partying, and most importantly, what everyone was wearing.

Hi Krista!

I am in the same situation, going to Coachella for the first time. My social media has also been flooded with pictures etc about this festival, and I cannot wait to see how it is! There are many music festivals held int he US but Coachella has really made its mark as one of the best festivals, if not THE best festival, and it's going to be really interesting to experience it and have your own first-hand perception of what it really is about!

Coachella seemed really cool and fun, even from my sofa. I liked the fact that I was able to stream it everywhere I went as if I was there but I really wasn't. I also found a lot of cool artist and songs I probably would have never known about. That being said I don't think I would go to the actual Coachella fest unless I somehow got a wristband for free. However, It seemed like Coachella was a success this year again. streaming and I think all big and well known festivals should start streaming. What were your favorite sets?

I actually want to go to Coachella next year. I'm in the same boat I've never gone before. But, my timeline on all my social media networks are always flooded with nothing but Coachella stuff. And I've noticed now that it's all about fashion. I'm really into fashion so it makes me more interested in attending Coachella. I'm wondering what all the Hype is. I know it's a variety of artist together that perform on one stage. But, is it more about the performances or more about the fashion and what kind of style you can bring to the table.

I hope you had the best time at coachella! I sure did I've been a few times and I love it. I tried this year to do a social media free festival. I almost did it, i posted one picture on friday, mostly bc it was my birthday and I wanted to thank for all the bday wishes. hah. But yes for alot of people its all about the social media, but I must say this year was my favorite bc I just did not participate in that. This year I was just there in the moment which its really all about :)
Angain tho I hope it was amazing and that you had a great festival.
