Sometimes I feel that it is difficult to truly get to know someone in today's society. We see a lot of younger couples who do not go on dates like dinner and a movie. Instead they meet at a club or a bar. I find myself asking how do you actually get to know someone in these environments. I think that this could be why a lot of relationships end early. When people get to know each other in these environments it is hard to know who they are on a regular day basis and who they truly are. I think that it is important to select dates that allow a couple to truly get to know one another.

Hi Mckenzi,
I believe some couples who meet in the bar or club can be together longer than people who meet in the school or park. The place to meet is not important. The importance is who they are and what they think about relationship. Some people cheat on their love and tell a lie even they meet normal places. My friend meet her love in the club, but they are married and they are so happy. In other words, the place where people start to relationship is not important at all.

Thank you

I agree with you about the fact that nowadays it's hard to get to know someone but I don't think that the place has anything to do with it, I mean it doesn't matter where you meet the person its about what comes after the meeting phase. You would be right if you're talking about for example dating sites, I truly don't believe in these sites because you wouldn't be able to know the persons true self. I think nowadays technology made it difficult to get to know someone more because people always feel like its easier if you just call or text, but when you meet up with someone in person you learn way more about them and see different things.
