No matter who you are there will come a time where you get stress. You feel overwhelmed because there just seem to many things that you need to do and too many obstacles you need to overcome.

The thing everyone needs to remember though is that there are many ways to positively handle stress. Get to know yourself and understand things that you like to do that will make you feel better at a time of stress. Put yourself in situations that can free you from stress.

Don't wait last second to do things where you feel rush
It's okay to be serious but don't be TOO serious about every issue
It's fine to reward yourself and tell yourself everything is going to be okay.

I think it's define us who we are as people how we handle things like stress and anger. It doesn't always have to be a terrible experience if you think positively.

I was on twitter recently and I saw a post of a screenshot from a news outlet of a student who faked his own kidnapping because he didn't want to tell his parents he got an F. He rather be kidnapped then deal with what was going to happen to him. School is stressful, especially if you are having problems outside of school. Dealing with stress in and out of school can make you even more stressful. Stress sucks!

Yes everyone are stressed. I totally understand. I am not good at time managing too. I am "deadline fighter" all the time.And every time, I am angry at myself and told myself that was the last time. I have a lot of works and I am not doing as I expected in this semester. I am going to transfer and there are so much pressure. BUT!!! We should not give up and lets cheer up!!!
