I have been listening to these boys for what, a year now? I know, I know, It's truly not that long however I must say I can truly admit without a doubt I am without a doubt in love with everything about them. This band is the most stereotypical punk-rock "I shop at Hot Topic" any girl could get but I don't care because I love them more than anything. What's even better is I got to see them LIVE in March and let me tell you, I didn't think I could love them more, but I did. They went on tour for their newest album entitled Death of a Batchelor and this album has changed my life for eternity.
The very first song I heard off of this album was Hallelujah, which is now my ringtone on my phone. The way the lead artist of the band, Brendon Urie, sings is inspirational. He has the voice of a little angel. The second song I heard was actually a song that was released before the album came out and was later released as a single which is their cover of Bohemian Rhapsody. This cover is ICONIC! My mother fights me in the car every single time I play it for fear that I will disturb the music god's and release some bad karma upon us for listening to this version and not the original but I couldn't care less because Brendon's high notes during this song are like your ears are in Hawaii on a summer vacation sipping a Pina Colada on a nice summer day. If you have never listened to this bad in your life, I highly suggest you listen to them otherwise, you will miss out on what could be the most life changing, ear imploding cosmic epiphany of your life.
