This has not been the best week for Donald Trump. The recording with Billy Bush from 2005 is all over the news right now and the only thing he can really do is apologize for it. There’s no excuse to be made. His running mate, Mike Pence has openly said that he “cannot defend” the comments made by Donald Trump. This is truly just a dent in his campaign that really cannot be repaired.

Recently, a lot of people have come forth to share their opinions on Donald Trump. Mitt Romney tweeted, “Hitting on married women? Condoning assault? Such vile degredation demean our wives and daughters and corrupt America’s face.” Even Robert de Niro released a video where he is not holding back on his opinion of Trump. The Tic Tac company (which ties into Trump’s disgusting comments about women in the recording) has publicly said that they want nothing to do with him.

Trump has only been a “politician” for the last few years so what was he before that? An enormously successful celebrity. What does this mean? It means that it’s really no surprise that the man has done some pretty horrible stuff and I can guarantee that the public doesn’t even know the half of it. The recorded evidence is just a fraction of the kind of things this man has done and now he has the potential to be running our country.
