This week I began listening to 177 Mental Toughness Secrets of the World Class by: Steven Seibold. I was referred by my talent manager. I will listen to one Mental Toughness secret per day and try to apply the new skill I have learned to my life. The audio goes through and compares the mindset between the different classes of the world: Poverty, lower-class, middle-class, upper-class, and world class. It shines clarity on how our minds have shaped who we are as consumers and performers according to our class.

It gives an eery truth, that even if people of every class were given the financial opportunity to do something greater for themselves, they would absolutely find a way of bringing it back to their class because our minds are limited to our class. It got me thinking, if I could see myself as something greater and something bigger, I would be able to overcome my limits to middle class. Everything that we do in life is based on our perception. Our truths are based off of what we see in the media, and our facts are clouded by misled information. To achieve the ability to move up and move forward, one must have an objective reality and be wary of self-deception.

After just five days of listening, I feel I have already learned how to change my thoughts of what I would like to do and the person I would like to be, and turn them into plans of actions. I find it incredibly amazing how easy it is to find your own success. I find it even more amazing that there are not more people that are eager to find out what success means to them. Our abundance is only limited by the restrictions we set for ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally.
