I came across this article about "11 daily habits of self-made billionaires anyone can adopt"

The masses are certainly interested in being rich, and this is one in the line of many guiding articles to learn from those who have achieved that kind of wealth. "Below, we've rounded up 11 habits of self-made billionaires. You may notice that none of them require dramatic life changes — a few tweaks here and there to your daily routine could result in huge gains."

This does obviously in no way mean that adopting these habits will lead to anything in particular, but I found some of the pointers interesting as they all definitely help in order to succeed in whatever field you aspire to, with whatever objective you have whether it is financial growth, self-fulfillment or success in what you are passionate about.

The point about doing something you love, I believe is a main component. "The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it." - Stated by Steve Jobs when addressing Stanford-graduates.
Reading is also one of them, as it requires a lot of knowledge about what is going on in the world, to be updated as well as to inspire further ideas. Meditation, is one of my personal favorites, as it helps you achieve a focus that is necessary in whatever you undertake.
No matter what information resonates with you, it is certainly interesting to study successful people to see if there is anything you can use for your own personal development!

Sometimes people think that in order to achieve success and happiness they have to abandon what is healthy for them and pursue undertakings that detract them from the bigger picture of their goals and dreams. Acts as simple as meditation and exercise are often taken for granted and their importance is all but forgotten. I'm glad that these articles highlight what is often deemed as ordinary as something that is more or less a necessity to good health. Promoting good habits is congruent to promoting good health. While sure, these acts may not make you an instant billionaire, they do promote pursuing your passion and taking care of yourself while doing so.

The point about doing something that you love is very interesting. I think that it helps to do something that you are passionate about because then you actually care about it and put in work because you feel that you want to, not that you have to. When you are about something, it turns out better and can lead to becoming successful. Being up to date on the news and current worldly situations is important because we are all people of the world and cannot live life without having the world effect us. This also helps in making sure that your ideas are not already in use, and this leads to innovation.

I am glad I came across your post. Your post approached me onto being inspirational. I know very few people that are willing to obtain some of these 11 skills. I strongly agree that surrounding yourself with successful people take a huge part in the influence to succeed. Our surroundings are the ones who influence and shape us. I recently came across a quote that read, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” This quote stuck with me because it is deep if you are not surrounded among people who will uplift you.

Many of my friends told me that they wanna be rich someday to live a luxurious life. Who doesn't like luxurious life? when you only get to live once in this world? Even me, I kept telling myself "someday I wanna be a rich man". Everybody keep saying they want to be rich and successful when they going the same path as normal people. People majoring in Economics, Business, psychology, communication, and etc because most of the people are majoring in these area. Then, they start to realize that this job is not for me and it doesn't fit with my personality after they graduate and get a job. Many college students are vulnerable from choosing their own major because people around them talk about their major and what they can do with the major. Eventually, they simply choose the major when they are not interested in and passionate about the major. I strongly believe and it's fact that successful man never change their routines. It is hard for normal people to stick with the plan for a long long time. People tends to change their plan and find a easy way. When some major is promising they just simply go for it such as computer science. I have seen a lot of friends majoring in computer science to develop an app to become rich when I think he has no talent in programming. Many of my friends changed major from computer science because they can't take it. I always agree that in order to be successful we have to do something that we love to do, which is ultimate thing to become a successful man. Not just majoring in promising majors and listen friends opinion choosing in major.

I love this article because I feel like often times people believe that in order to be successful and make a bunch of money they have to cheat the system and do everything possible to screw everyone else over. This is an interesting perspective because it shows the more introspective side of success and I believe that these are very easily attainable goals to achieve and practices to follow every day.
