Many top Youtubers like Wolfie, Alex Wassabi, David Parody, PewDiePie etc. have lost views and subscribers recently. Sub boxes aren't working, people are being unsubscribed from their favorite youtubers and viral videos aren't making it to the trending page. Wolfie reached 4 million subscribers and lost so many more minutes later because youtube keeps unsubscribing people from youtubers. Youtubers upload a video and half of their fan base don't get the notification unless they have their twitter notifications on. To youtubers this means they are losing money, which honestly is the only reason some of them post videos. Ads are repeating themselves without the "Skip AD" button so you're stuck watching 23 second ads twice before you get to watch a video and the youtuber only gets the revenue of one of the ads. Recently youtube has made many changes and no one really likes them. Eventually they will end up having less traffic on their page with all the rules, ads and now charges. What I mean by charges is that you can't watch certain videos without getting youtube red and agencies are making youtubers make series because youtube gets the money from youtube red.

I think it's not just top youtubers. The reason we know about the top ones is because they have the highest fan base. Right now, it feels like a lot of things are wrong with youtube with their formula etc. People are getting unsubbed automatically and not getting as many views as they used to. As long as their no real competition there is nothing else anybody can do though. They just need to wait until Youtube fix their issues.
